    Hey Leland,

Loved the standing wave imagery… you’re right! A good quality squat is as dynamic as a standing wave… even looks similar…the tip of the wave being the feathery balance of your head on your neck. How many people are able to remain as delicately balanced in a squat as this in your experience?

As a teacher myself I’ve rarely (actually never) met any person who can show me a squat without creating massive tension all throughout their body. (of course anyone over the age of about 5 years old!)

    Great article mate.

    cheers Paul
