An Alexander Technique lesson offers you a secret about how to use your body properly. Even one lesson can offer invaluable insight and you will know immediately if you want to learn more. Lessons are private or you can share them with a friend.

First lessons are one hour long. Subsequent lessons are 45 minutes to an hour.

No special clothing is required.

Lessons are usually taken once or twice per week.  Even one lesson can offer life-long benefits,  but it generally takes from 5 to 30 lessons to gain a useful understanding of the Alexander Technique.
