BUT,
I THINK I SHOULD NOT FORGET , the arms releasing with pointing shoulders away from each other while directing other mechanisms with stimulus.

And i asked my self some questions, those are,
how poor iam having knowledge in anatomy?
Am i thinking only shoulder blades, and not total shoulders?
Am i needed more knowlege on anatomy for practicing alexander technique?
