Feel taller and more grounded by reaching to the ground with your feet the same way you reach to the sky with your hands.

Reach to the ground to feel taller

You can feel lighter on your legs. Instead of thinking that you are piled on top of your legs, try thinking that your legs reach to the floor from your feet up. To do that, reach with your feet the same way you reach with your hands. You might feel taller, lighter, stronger, and more grounded. Stand up and see if it works for you.
